Volunteer Code of Conduct
This code of conduct is a draft and written by Graham Moore. As the organisation grows the code will need revision to reflect the values and expectations of the team.
Cooper Listening Post has values drawn from and consistent with the Community Independents Project. We value collaboration, integrity, inclusiveness, truth, transparency, empathy, trust, equality, respect and generosity.
As a volunteer I will behave towards other team members and the public in manner that embodies and demonstrates these values.
As a volunteer I will respectfully raise concerns with my colleagues and/or leaders if I feel the values are not being upheld and respectfully listen to other’s concerns.
